We currently have an exciting positions in our Customer Services Team for Station Assistants (12 Month FTC).
Currently, we anticipate roles in the following areas:
- Hadley Wood
- New Barnet
- Grange Park
- Welwyn Garden City
As a Station Assistant with us you will be engaging our customers on a daily basis. Keeping them informed on any changes to their route is paramount to make sure that our customers are receiving the best service possible. On a day to day basis you will be also dispatching the trains, ensuring that all display posters are accurate and making sure all areas of the business is clean and tidy. As long as you are PC literate, have drive and motivation and can show empathy and understanding to our customers, our training will do the rest.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following in their application:
· A solid track record of customer service experience
· Pro-active attitude
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Good standard of English both verbal & written
· Good standard of numeracy and accuracy
You must also be prepared to work shifts including early starts, late finishes, nights and weekend working.

Due to the shift times you must live in the local area and have available independent transport to ensure that you arrive at the station for the first shift and work your last shift as required as there may not always be a train service available.
