We currently have an exciting 2 positions in our Customer Services Team for a Station Assistant Part Time (20 hours per week) at St Albans. 

We are looking for a talented customer focused individual, who can deliver excellent service as well as take responsibility for the up keep of our stations. As a Station Assistant with us you will be engaging with our customers on a daily basis. Keeping them informed on any changes to their route is paramount to make sure that our customers are receiving the best service possible, dispatching of trains in accordance with procedures ensuring that delays are kept a minimum, assisting customers with special needs with restricted mobility as per company procedures. You will also ensure that all display posters are accurate and making sure all areas of the business is clean and tidy.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following in their application:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good standard of numeracy and accuracy

The shift pattern for this role is: Monday – Friday, 07:30hrs - 11:30hrs or Monday - Friday, 16:00hrs - 20:00hrs.
