Recruitment Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our team to ensure that GTR is sufficiently resourced with the appropriate level of staff to deliver the business objectives and make every candidate and customer journey a superior one!

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager this role works in partnership with the business to determine recruitment requirements and involves dealing with staff and management at all levels.

The main activities/responsibilities of the role are listed below (but are in no way limited to them!)

To deliver a professional and total recruitment service to a high standard to your client groups ensuring regular meetings with hiring managers to understand their requirements so you can manage their recruitment needs professionally and efficiently. You will ensure that business needs are met within agreed timelines and arrange feedback to all involved.

We want to recruit someone who can build and maintain excellent client group relationships and be a continuous innovator who can further enhance our recruitment processes and systems.

To lead and advise Recruiting Managers including influencing and challenging them where necessary and to develop appropriate attraction strategies including the development of a talent pooling approach including working with stakeholders to identify talent across the business.  You will also work with a PSL.

To continually review processes/procedures and ensure that they are in line with business values, and linked in with the rest of the recruitment team. To support and assist in the development of workforce and Operational planning with line managers across all business units and co-ordinate company-wide planning with the recruitment team.

Producing regular management reports detailing all aspects of information required by management.

The role works closely with the recruitment assessors within the team to regularly review assessment processes to ensure they are appropriate to the business & role requirements.

You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be Level A qualified (or working towards). You will have the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation and capability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.  Having an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment/selection and assessment processes are essential.
