About Govia Thameslink Railway

We have an excellent opportunity within our Customer Services department for a Change Agent. The role will cover Thameslink route area.

Reporting to the Customer Operations Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for working with the station teams to develop and embed the operating principles required for 2018 operation. This is a great developmental opportunity for someone with a strong stations background to move in to a more senior role, where they are able to mentor, coach and work with staff to develop the new process and ways of working required to meet the demands of the Thameslink Programme in 2018.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Experience of coaching/mentoring others would be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
