Are you an experienced campaign planner? Have you used the press, radio or television as a form of advertising? Do you have excellent communication skills?
We are looking for a creative Brand Communications Manager with an eye for detail to join our Marketing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing Digital Ticketing and Accessibility Campaigns (including The Key Smartcard) across all brands (Great Northern, Gatwick Express, Southern and Thameslink. You will also be leading the development of strategic partnerships across all 4 brands (Great Northern, Gatwick Express, Southern and Thameslink) to increase revenue growth and channel shift.
Key duties of the role will include:
- Supporting Brand Managers with project work to deadline and on budget
- Liasing with external agencies for media buying and research
- Leading management of PR activities
- Generating internal and external reporting information, preparing presentations for DfT
- Championing the customer journey offline and online
- Supporting in the delivery of incremental revenue growth via new sales channels
- Representing the Brand Train Operating Company externally including with industry bodies
Experience within a similar role is essential.
